Peter, with a wealth of Pilates experience, specializes in addressing common muscular weaknesses and limitations in men and women. He applies the Pilates method to enhance flexibility and strength. His expertise extends to clients with conditions like diabetes, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and stenosis.

Marie Carolyn Gatus
BASI Certified Pilates Instructor
Carolyn, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, advocates Pilates as a low-impact program that aligns and rehabilitates the body. With experience in diverse groups, including dancers, teens, and mature clients, she also works with individuals dealing with diabetes, hypo/hyperthyroid, arthritis, kyphosis, and plantar fasciitis.

Connie Youn
BASI Certified Pilates Instructor
Connie, certified in Pre-Natal, Post-Natal Pilates, and Diastasis Recti Repair through the Center Method, focuses on enhancing confidence in movement by teaching proper mechanics. Previously a personal trainer, she believes the fluid movements of Pilates and focus on proper alignment help her clients move better in other areas of training.

Sue Keyes
Certified Pilates Instructor
Sue trained under the BASI (Body Arts and Science International) System and is certified in Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies. She's a dedicated Pilates student and teacher, always eager to learn more. With a background in physical fitness, she previously taught full-body weight training to men and women. She is passionate about teaching Pilates to mature clients and advocates for diet and exercise to keep muscles and joints pliable for optimal health.

Michelle Krok
Certified Pilates Instructor
Michelle received her certification from Equinox and has earned certifications in Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies, Pilates for Scoliosis, and Pre and Post Natal Pilates.

Meghan Lalor
BASI Certified Pilates Instructor
Certified in Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies and Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Meghan's movement journey began with rhythmic gymnastics and later developed into a professional dance career. Transitioning to professional acrobatics, injuries guided her to Pilates. With what she's learned, she aims to strengthen clients' mind-body connection and inspire others to move with more confidence.

Danny is a comprehensively trained BASI Certified Pilates instructor, also certified in Pilates for Rehabilitation. After overcoming chronic knee pain from running and hiking injuries, Pilates became a meaningful tool for building strength and resilience. With a background in music production and working with high-profile clients, he brings a calm, supportive, and results-driven approach to personalized sessions.
